“1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel...

“Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

“Excellent for short stay as it is close by to many amenities like there’s a Valushop within 3 min of walking, many eateries behind the hotel which comes alive during the evening and so much more.”

“This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property ”

“The propery location was excellent just across to the mall. Very easy to take a break in the middle of shipping and then go back and resume the shopping exercise. The hotel itself has a decent buffey breakfast, not much in terms of fanciy but it works. The rooms were basic, a bit small but clean. The Gym is outside in front. More of a excuse for a gym. Carpark in the basement and outside is suitabley sized. The room service is non existent. Not even advertised much.”
