The Shack - Sultana Point

THE SHACK non è la tua baracca media!  Moderna casa per le vacanze con 4 camere da letto, può ospitare fino a 11 persone, in assoluto fronte mare con splendide viste sulla baia.

Cucina a pianta aperta con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, cucina elettrica, frigorifero / congelatore, sala da pranzo con accesso al ponte e ambiente esterno.  Zona giorno con climatizzatore T / V, DVD, sistema split a ciclo inverso.  Vista da pranzo, soggiorno e 2 camere da letto frontali.

Camera da letto principale con condizionatore a sistema inverso split, ventilatore a soffitto e bagno, secondo bagno con vanità, doccia, w / c separato. 2a camera da letto anteriore con climatizzatore a ciclo inverso split e ventilatore a soffitto.

Lavanderia con lavatrice a carica frontale. 

Ziggy BBQ, impianto di pulizia del pesce - non idraulico.

2 kayak per l'uso: giubbotti di salvataggio BYO.  (Nota: la baracca ha il tetto blu nelle foto aeree)

Configurazione letto - letto 1 - regina, letto 2 - regina, letto 3 - Tripla cuccetta (doppia in basso singola in alto, letto 4 - 2 letti a castello.

Cuscini e trapunte sono forniti, sarà necessario portare la propria biancheria - federe, lenzuola sopra / sotto, asciugamani / tappetino da bagno e strofinacci.

Una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca vi aspetta a Sultana Point, che si trova proprio dietro l'angolo da Edithburgh. È un piccolo insediamento tranquillo sulla spiaggia con tutti i servizi di Edithburgh a due passi.

Brilliant Place

New, clean and has all the amenities you will need. Great place for fishing and relaxing with the family. Superb view from the kitchen and dining area to wake up to. Plenty of seating in the lounge room and well designed bathrooms for family stays.

The best shack we have ever been.

The best place to be if you are in sultana point! The house is very clean and tidy and the best part is just next to the beach. The kids really enjoyed frollicking on the beach. We just loved it!!!

The Shack was clean spacious and large windows and doors provided uninterrupted views of the sea- almost at the doorstep and views of the bay from Edithburgh to Troubridge Lighthouse in the distance. All facilities up to date including washing machine, dishwasher, airconditioner etc.

Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved it, The house was perfect and had everything we needed, around lunch time the tide was high enough to pull the boat nearly upto the back door of the place for lunch and a break from fishing while watching the dolphins swim past most arvos. Only flaw to us was not being able to wash the boat or flush the outboard after each use at the house of risk of not getting our bond back. Only dissatisfied in that aspect of having to pay $8 Each night to flush the outboard at the caravan park. Being a fishing town you'd think it'd be okay to wash the salt off the trailer and give the outboard a quick flush to look after everything at the beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house was nice, I was not a fan of the induction cooktop as it kept turning off in the middle of cooking. While this property says that it can sleep 10 and that they provide bedding, there was not enough bedding for our kids, luckily we had bought sleeping bags so they didn't go cold. With the house being open plan living and tiled floors it is very noisy in there as there is no rugs to soften the noise of 10 people. Also the BBQ and fridge are not big enough to cater for 10 people.
