“Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.”

“When we drove up to this property, it wasn’t what I expected given the interior photos. But the interior did not disappoint! This was the perfect place to stay with the bridal party then out-of-town guests. Those who stay in the bunk room have to walk to a bathroom in or affixed to another bedroom, it it’s a minor inconvenience. Unlike some listings, the house sleeps 19 with 3 to a queen and 1 per twin there is also a large couch in the living room and a couch in the game room if you have to...

“The house itself is great, large open floor plan. Rooms are separated and spacious and just the right amount of space. The downfall to this rental was the cleanliness of the home. The table tops were dirty. The shower had someone elses hair in the drain. There wasn't extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Which I don't generally expect extra toilet paper but if you leave barely anything on the dispenser then I expect a new one to be somewhere in the home. I had to refill all three bathrooms...

“The bungalows are a group of trailer homes that are so cute. Quiet and well kept with great access to KP Hole. It was so nice being able to have the whole family in one place with easy access to Rainbow Springs. Having the kayaks and passes available with the rental made it so easy for our group to paddle the river. The house is not spotless clean, but kind of felt like fancy glamping. Two full baths made showers easy and the dryer was great for drying towels and suits. There is a large hang out...

“Host was extremely accommodating with our requests for extra help. He responded immediately, usually within 15 minutes, to each request. This location was perfect for us as we attended a Celebration of Life service for a dear friend. I would highly recommend this host and any of his properties.”
