“The room had hairs on the bed and sheets didn’t seem to have been changed , hairs in the shower & in the sink and the shower curtain had a brown stain on it but they did transfer us to another room .”

“The room was acceptable when it comes to cleanliness. Lots of little things could be better like having a microwave oven turn table platter that fit the microwave. The air conditioner was extremely loud so we didn’t get much sleep the first night but they had no problem moving us to a different room for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. Cooked pealed eggs in a rice cooker were like rubber bouncing balls. The area was reasonably quiet and we enjoyed watching the local...

“We needed to make use of the hide a bed, but when we opened it there was garbage in there. We informed the staff and they brought us a cot. We were only brought one sheet to cover the mattress and no top sheet, and the sheet had multiple stains. The mattress had a large tear at the bottom. When we moved the sofa to put the cot there it was all dirty under the sofa.”
