Hotel vicino a Summersville Lake State Park - Summersville

“Property was close to highway, but surprisingly quiet. Rooms were clean with microwave and frig. Not many food choices nearby, but Bandidos in town was enough and inexpensive. Skip breakfast and head to a diner instead. Only 1 staff person - she was gently and capable. We would stay there again to break up a long drive. Only shampoo and bar soap so don't forget conditioner and lotion.”

“The pool was closed on June 19th. Requested 2 rooms side by side. 1 room infested with tiny ants. It took over an hour to get another room. It was the entire length of the motel from the 2nd room. At 8:00 am the lady started clearing breakfast and the coffee was empty.. Not a good experience.”

“Room was clean, but the bed was on springs that were noisy with any movement. Location was close to everything that we wanted to do. Complementary breakfast was good.”

“What a great hostel!! The building is so great with wonderful architectural touches. Grounds are beautiful with picnic tables and a fire pit area. We stayed in the Cloud suite - which was the entire 3rd floor with private bath and kitchenette. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!”
