Hello Linda. While I appreciate the feedback it is more than a little disappointing to receive our first 4 star review across three different websites from a guest that did not even stay in the unit. Scott was a great guest and left the unit in great shape. For the record, I responded to his text regarding Wi-Fi within 16 minutes. A guest book is a good suggestion. I a suspect we would place it on the same table that the Wi-Fi password was written on a chalkboard sitting on a table at the top of the stairs.... Literally the first thing you see when walking up the stairs. As far as soap, we provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap as a courtesy, even though it is above and beyond what it expected by a host. As is the coffee, various sweeteners, teas, waters, laundry detergents, cleaners, and host of other amenities we provide. Finally, the unit is equipped with an 80 gallon commercial hot water heater so I would like to know what the issue was regarding hot water. Scott was a great guest and we would welcome the opportunity to actually host you in the future so that you could provide first hand feedback. Best, Tim
