Restaurato servitù per 1812 casa nel cuore del quartiere storico

Il cottage è meticolosamente restaurato quarti un ex servitù per questa struttura che ha una delle più antiche case in Summerville risalenti ca. 1812. La casa principale e il Cottage sono stati al centro di oltre 40 anni attenzione alla corretta restauro da molti artigiani pregiati della comunità conservazione storica di Charleston e Low Country. Le misure Cottage circa 800 mq 'e viene avvicinato da una propria unità pavimentato privato con parcheggio privato. Fuori dalla Casa è un grande patio in mattoni circondato da bosso, azalee e camelie e una fontana piacevole. Molti alberi di magnolia e lecci circondano la Casa che è di circa 150 'dietro la casa principale. Il cottage è completamente autonomo con cucina, bagno / doccia completo, soggiorno con camino e una grande camera da letto con la regina 4 letto a baldacchino soggiorno e zona salotto. Il soggiorno e camera da letto entrambi hanno soffitti alti cattedrale. Il tetto della casa è in piedi cucitura stagno e rende magnifico sonno durante una tempesta di pioggia. Gli ospiti ci hanno detto da molti anni che nulla è stato trascurato nella decorazione o servizi per il Cottage. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici inox e un top in granito. Vi è una gamma, frigorifero / congelatore con ice maker, smaltimento, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina Keurig caffè, pentole, padelle, piatti e utensili. Il bagno ha una piastrellata vasca / doccia e lavabo con piedistallo. Ampi piani di pino bordo di cuore sono in tutto. Le lenzuola sono fornite e una lavatrice / asciugatrice è a disposizione degli ospiti al Cottage.

We stayed the week while awaiting the completion of renovations on our home. Everything was great about our stay. Great restoration on an old piece of history we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility provided us by our host Mr. Price. Ask him for the history lesson if you visit.

This cottage was truly a home away from home since I am out of my home due to storm damage. It had everything I needed for a 6-week stay. The atmosphere was exceptional surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens. Located in the historic district, the neighborhood setting is charming and the cottage itself is updated and cozy with wonderful walking trails to invigorate my small dog. A truly comfortable retreat.

I just love this little cottage! Decorated beautifully, located close to town and parks. The neighborhood is just absolutely gorgeous! The cottage I could live in for the rest of my life. The owners were wonderful! The cottage had everything I needed and more. It took a morning and evening walk through the park and into town.

Beautiful location in a wonderful historic cottage within walking distance of historic downtown Summerville. Cottage is not only lovely, it is wonderfully comfortable. The hosts were wonderful as well. We are looking forward to heading back soon!

Price House Cottage was great for our Charleston visit! Cottage was exactly as listed and more. Loved sitting in the garden for morning coffee and later in the day after visiting Charleston. Loved the character of the cottage. David was easy to communicate with and he was very helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at PHC for almost a month, waiting for our new home to be built. As we are Midwesterners, everything about the area was new and exciting. This location did not disappoint! Walks into town for coffee, dinner, the farmer’s market were all 5-10 minutes away. Our dog loved his walks thru Azalea Park, especially once he realized the statues in the park were not going to move! Trips to the Kiawah Beachwalker Park were an easy and beautiful drive. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, comfortable sitting area, updated bath and plenty of ceiling fans. On the grounds of the cottage the gardens are lovely. The patio and gas grill were used frequently. The noisy frogs initially were quite shocking, but we grew to love them! 😅 All in all we had a wonderful time in Summerville and would recommend staying here!

David and Jennifer were amazing hosts. We had an evening arrival from Oregon and they were very accommodating to our arrival time. The cottage was exactly what we wanted for the charm of Summerville. We had everything we needed and the cottage was very private. We will return to this property when we visit our daughter again!

The property was more impressive in person with every detail in place. The patio was very cute and a great place for morning coffee, while the cottage maintained enough of its original character and charm. Mr. Price was an excellent host and extremely accommadating. We spent a lovely 8 days at Price House Cottage. The cottage was immaculate! The outside sitting area was lively. We sat outside and listened to the frogs every night. Quick walk to shops and restaurants. We will for sure be returning.

This charming cottage is a the ideal hideaway, whether touring Summerville or visiting friends and family. With a private drive and secluded patio one can enjoy the area with a unusual degree of independence. The hosts, who are wonderful people, have thought of everything - great lighting to enjoy the little library, crisp sheets and soft towels, nice toiletries, and a organized kitchen. The cleanliness and comfort of this cottage are a pleasure and the gardens are the icing on the cake. The hosts have created the ideal get-away.

I have really enjoyed my time staying at the Price House Cottage. It is well cared for, and a beautiful place to rest and enjoy the beauty of Summerville amid the house gardens, birds chirping, frogs croaking and and rainfall on the tin roof. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone staying in Summerville. Thank you so much David and Jennifer for a wonderful time!
