“Everyday housekeeping/ full kitchen/ spacious ”

“The hotel wasn’t too bad for the price. The breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety of food and fruits. However, the rooms, hallways, and even the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We stayed there for one week, and on two days they didn’t clean our room. When we came back in the evening, the beds were not made and the towels hadn’t been changed. I complained to the staff, but they only said “sorry.” Also, none of the staff spoke English — they just used a translation...

“Not sure if the rooms are neglected or the entire building just outdated. I did not have the best experience here. First I was downgraded upon arrival. They claimed the room I booked was occupied. I felt the staff was cold and dismissive. The room was so smelly I could not sleep. I ended up moving to a different hotel. Full review on TikTok @deekabongo”
