“Horrible conditions of the room!!!! Smell of mold, rust on the lamps & in the bathtub, ants crawling in the bed, the comforter was ripped. They false advertise the couch bed in the room, it was so small & uncomfortable, not the same at all as was advertised on the Hotel's site!!!!!! ”

“The staff was great and really make you feel welcome. The experience started with our great checkin with Devon and Christian. Christian gave us some great recommendations on places to eat. He was spot on. Penny in the breakfast area was just awesome.. she makes you feel like you are home and you feel that she really enjoys helping the guest. Checkout was a breeze. Christian was there again and gave us some additional great assistance… We will definitely return to this location very soon....

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hacienda and we loved it. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. Our room was clean and the views overlooking the park were amazing, yet quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the morning with our coffee and having breakfast overlooking the river. Then, going for strolls around the pond/park and relaxing with a nice dinner as we listened to a local artist play piano in Sasha's. Our stay is always memorable.”

“This 2nd time we stayed on this property .. we had alittle issue with ac but , they came and fixed it .. love location and property was clean bonus to have restaurant on premises also .. sunsets are phenomenal.. definitely will stay again ”

“Free parking. Fast and friendly check in. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge. I would stay here again. Free coffee is a nice touch. Great value for the price I paid. ”

“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”
