The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. “This boutique hotel was so cute! It was within our price range when we booked it. We stayed in the Hollywood room, which was very cute. I loved that they had a ceiling fan along with the AC because sometimes you need a little extra air. There is a kitchen when you walk into the boutique hotel, which you’re allowed to cook if needed. We didn’t need to, but that was nice. I felt like it was in a secure area. We were there for the Astros game and it took us less than five minutes to get to the...

“The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...

“The hotel had great ambiance from the front lobby to the check-in lobby. The staff was very friendly and responsive which made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean along with the hotel. Location was great too due the park across the street where we had a lovely walk.”

“The noise was around 3am was the only issue I had during my stay. The hotel is beautiful, staff was very professional, and location was centrally located to all of my ventures while visiting the city.”

“It was very nice room with everything I needed and the staff was kind. The air conditioning was super cold! It was wonderful. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I didn’t want to get up early, but they did have options to get breakfast which is nice. I only stayed a couple days but I’d definitely stay again :)”
