“Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back”

“Everything was great. My only “issue” was the bathrooms not being restocked when housekeeping would come. The towels would get restocked, but not the toilet paper and soap. The beds were never made. ”

“We had travelled from El Paso to Phoenix and arrived around 11:30 am and there was a baseball game at 1pm..the staff were very accommodating for an early check in and it was a 5 min walk to the ball park, valet parking staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bed was awesome.”
