Hotel vicino a Fiume Niyor Mati - Gelang Patah

“Overall was good but the amenities in the room were lacking. Not sure if the staff forgot to topup or what but we only had 1 towel. We had to request for another towel, 2 face towel and 2 bathrobes (as we are planning to swim). Another point was we booked a king bedroom and during check in the staff also mentioned kind bedroom but it turns out that the ‘king’ bed was 2 single bed combined together. ”

“Curtain allows light from outside to enter the room. Windows are not soundproof. Lots of motorbikes disturb during the night”

“The room was very dusty on the day we arrived. On the second day, when we requested for house keeping, toilet amenities wasn’t replenish and floor was still dirty. ”

“A bit distance if you need to walk. Best is to drive car. Clean unit. Nothing to complain. Just need Grab or Car to access out of the hotel. ”

“This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property ”

“At first the room keys werent there and we had to wait, after informing them we will be there in 30 mins. Once we arrived in the room, the bathroom had water all around the seat and was totally wet like someone had just used it. The walls had discoloration and a smell. We have taken pictures.”

“Check in was terrible. Knew we would arrive late (11:30pm). Security took ages checking form from owner. Didn’t get into the apartment until 1am. Everything else was fine - massive bed, can easily sleep 4 very very comfortably. Shower head was a little broken but fine. Tap leaks but again, fine. The apartment was great and would have loved to stay for longer. Just need to keep in mind the check in…”
