“Very quiet, comfortable stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary juice as we waited during check-in, opened doors for us, brought our luggage to our room. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. “Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge. I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level.”
