“Loved it”

“Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

“The owners are extremely nice and helpful. My room was immaculate, cozy and very close to the shared bath, practically across the hall. There is no television. My only real problem was the pounding music from across the street that didn't stop till i believe around 2 AM and that was on a Sunday ! ”

“Niente a che fare con la vecchia tradizione La Quinta. Struttura vecchia , ha bisogno di molta manutenzione. Con molta sorpresa il secondo giorno camera non rifatta. Alle nostre rimostranze abbiamo scoperto che adesso lo fanno solo su richiesta ”

“This place has gone DOWNHILL. Everything is old. Paint chipping. Furniture chipping. Absolutely NOT worth the $$$ and will NEVER stay here again. We have stayed here before years ago. The rooms are ridiculously small. Very disappointed overall”

“Rooms seem newly renovated. Very clean and spacious, TV offers Netflix and such. Only downside is you only get 2 pillows which are so thin.”

“This review is for the current hotel, not what is to come! I would like to start with their is so much potential and they are currently expanding on the hotel/casino and as someone in project management I foresee amazing changes in the near future. BUT for what it is now, it’s not great. They had only two elevators and one was broken (10 min wait minimum), I took a shower one morning fine and the next no hot water, when I placed my bag down the counter top to where the TV was placed moved....

“We enjoyed a week long stay here. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The continental breakfast was great. I just wish that some days they would make the eggs a different way and not just scrambled. Another thing that I would recommend is free parking to guests! This a dog friendly hotel, which was important for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“Kinda of a dump… very old. House keeping did not come… we had to go to the front desk for towels. We were there for a week. Very disappointed”

“Place is a dump but clean. I paid a lot of money because everything else was booked. It is the kind of place you meet a lady of the night. Guys were dinking beer outside at 1AM There was a cop sitting in the parking lot at 7am. To get key had to go into a plexiglass room that says “ only one person allowed at at time for “privacy “” BUT the room was clean, looked clean and smelled clean. Literally every other hotel on Long Island was booked Don’t stay here unless you have to”
