“This hotel was in desperate of updates. The front desk staff was not helpful and at times rude. Many rooms did not have microwaves, TV remote, coffee mugs, and even a shower curtain. The doors to enter the building were supposed to be locked and can only be accessed with a key card. All the doors were broken. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not stay here again.”

“I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and other odors that made it unacceptable. The room did not appear to have been maintained as advertised. The common areas also felt uncomfortable. There were individuals loitering in the hallways and stairwells, and the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The overall environment did not feel clean or family-friendly. “The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on....”
