“Description of this property is not in line with what it actually is. Unfortunately the impression was a cute quaint small town bed-and-breakfast. We actually got there. “Was charged extra $50 for dog when I had specificity reserved a pet friendly room. This was not mentioned in Expedia. Also the complementary breakfast was for just 2 people in our party of 4! Had to sign a waiver where if the dog barks they would install a barker unit to stop that. This was also not on Expedia. Please look into all this before you sign up for this location.”

“The property is beautiful and close to downtown Estes. Away from the road so hardly any noise of traffic, with Fall River running thru it. Room very well stocked as we were in a two bedroom cabin and cleaned very well. Check-in, is with a kiosk, and a zoomed check in person. “13 minute ride up the mountains from town center. If you like the old English, Victorian feel to your hotels, then it’s ok.
No phones in room, no TV, no a/c.
The kicker was that our shower was not in our bathroom. It was OUTSIDE in the hallway. It’s strangely decorated but the owner did refund one of my two nights.”
