Very comfortable and well appointed unit. Host was very helpful and responsive. Nice to be at the lake but out of the hustle and bustle of Osage Beach.

The place was very clean and the unit had everything we would need during our stay. Beds were comfortable and the bath towels were soft. You can tell the owners take pride in their place! Communication with the owner was very good. We had a mix up on arrival and the owner was very quick to make sure everything was right. We would stay here again!

Tracey and Brian were great! They were very helpful and assisted with any issues we had. Brian even came in to assist with cutting down the trees that had fallen during a storm to open the road back up. Brian even assisted me with fishing on the dock in which I caught my first fish. We had a blast! The place was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

This place was great and in a great location in relation to where our friends live. The owners were amazing and live there on the property. It is a more secluded location which was nice and quiet for us. We would absolutely stay here or at their other property again.

Great stay. The owners were great. Felt very welcomed. The duplex was very nice and and had plenty of room for us. Would recommend this place. It will be our first choice for our next stay.

Cozy & Quiet

Comfortable and accommodating, the duplex is perfect for a small group. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the overall layout allows for plenty of space to relax. Tracy and Brian were great and quick to respond if we had any questions. Great place to stay, highly recommend checking it out.

Short weekend getaway

We had a great time! The property was exactly as it was described and very clean! It was perfect for our family. The host provided many daily essentials that made our stay convenient and comfortable. Tracy was very personable and friendly and gave us a personal tour of the dock and amenities. We highly recommend booking this property.

Great getaway in Sunrise Beach!

Fantastic Vacation Rental! The owners were very nice & helpful! They even helped our boys set fishing lines. We truly enjoyed our time here. Easy to get to on all paved roads. The house was updated & lovely. Very spacious & clean! And, it always stayed nice and cool. We all loved the large deck and its views for our morning coffee and evening family time. Our kids loved taking out the Kayaks and Fishing off of the docks. They caught large bass and catfish. Great place to stay with a family! We will definitely be back!
