It’s time to turn on vacation mode at the Lookout Lodge! This beautiful home features tall ceilings, and a massive wall of windows overlooking the main channel. This home sleeps up to 15 people and has a TON of incredible features, including a stone fire pit, screened in deck, a massive private dock with a swim platform, kayaks, paddle boards, and a 10x30 boat slip available for guest use! Plus, a free neighborhood boat launch! Also enjoy amazing views of the Lodge of Four Seasons firework shows on several major holidays, including 4th of July, Memorial Day, and more!

Kitchen, Living and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen and dining area features breathtaking vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops and an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a large center island with breakfast bar with three barstools. There is also a formal dining room area with large table that seats 6.
The living room is just off the kitchen and features a leather couch, 3 armchairs and a flat screen TV.

Bedrooms
This home features 6 Bedrooms, four upstairs and two downstairs. There is a TV in every bedroom, and the rooms encompass 4 king beds, a queen bed, a bunk bed. An air mattress is available as well.

Outside
Just off the kitchen is access to the screened in deck that features lots of seating options, a flat screen TV and BBQ grill. Down the steps to the ground level, there is a custom stone fire pit with a built in charcoal grill and two sets of dining tables with umbrellas.
The driveway has plenty of room for parking of vehicles and boat trailers.
**Be sure to bring a bundle of firewood for the fire pit.**


The dock features a 10x30 boat slip, swim platform, and plenty of water toys for your enjoyment!

This home is located at mile-marker 12 in Sunrise Beach near Porto Cima. The neighborhood features a free private boat launch available for guest use! This home is centrally located to all the best places the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. The home is just 14 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Osage Beach, and The Lodge of Four Seasons. It is also located just 15 minutes in the other direction from Captain Ron’s, Frankie & Louie’s, The Cave, and so much more! By water, you are even closer to all these amazing places! You couldn’t ask for a better location!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
