Everything should be exceptional to receive that kind of rating. I would give it a 3 out of 10. I have to question the legitimacy of the 10/10 reviews. The overall appearance of the property is a 4/10, its dated with many poorly done fixes to comestic issues. “All the staff were super super friendly and accommodating! I can't say enough nice about them! Our room was very clean. The air conditioner did not cool down properly, and I did inform the gal at the desk when we were checking out about it. I did not say anything while we were there because we were comfortable in our room anyway. You just had to turn it down very low for it to cool at all. The parking was seemed very safe, and there was plenty of it!”
