I stayed for the whole week and I was greeted by Melissa every morning and she was so helpful and accommodating during my stay. Check in was a breeze and didn't have any issues checking out. “Air conditioning system did not work, parking lot had lots of trash, loud music in the parking lot, people partying in the parking lot until the early hours, bathroom had some damage, couldn’t get extra towels, ants and bugs in the check in area.”

“No hair dryer, I would have brought one, had I known. Breakfast wasn't stocked super well. Ran out of gravy. Overall the staff was fantastic. Nothing major wrong, just a couple of inconveniences.”

Everything should be exceptional to receive that kind of rating. I would give it a 3 out of 10. I have to question the legitimacy of the 10/10 reviews. The overall appearance of the property is a 4/10, its dated with many poorly done fixes to comestic issues. “This hotel is not worthy of a 9 rating. The breakfast was descent, the place was mostly clean, but the mattress is terrible and the TV is small. There were only 6 or 8 channels available on the TV. Just not a great place to stay with all the options available. ”

“They fit me in last minute as the first hotel I had booked wouldn’t allow dogs. Concern- back door didn’t lock and there were noisy people outside my window but I didn’t complain so my problem. ”
