“The beds were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the TV did not work at all at first. An employee succeeded in turning on the TV, but couldn't make it play the premium channels advertised. Street noise, a flickering light outside, noise from the next room, and a 4am fire alarm (false alarm) didn't promote great sleep. However, the hot breakfast was nice.”

“The room was clean and the air conditioning operated flawlessly but the room is horribly sparse. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer. There was no smoke detector in the room. Although I did have a visit from a rather large spider, there were no bed bugs. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows, only 3 for a king sized bed, and smaller pillows at that, were not very full. The grill on the bathroom fan was missing. The fridge was, however, an exceptional size and very cold. A microwave...

“Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...

“Clean room, breakfast was decent, lots of places to eat around the location. Several homeless people around the area though. As soon as we parked we were asked for change.”

“Very nice room and hotel! Loved the breakfast. Gym was new and modern. Parking was easy and convenient. Only note is bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Some missed spots. Also hotel a bit noisy by road. But it was great otherwise!”

“Good location, spacious room, liked the pool My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room.”
