“Clean and cozy”

“When we checked in the pool wasn’t working. Knowing that they gave a 30% to other customers but didn’t give it to me. Then when the AC turned on it would shake the room. Wanted manger to contact me but never did. Won’t stay there again.”

“The service staff was great. The hotel is a little rundown and we understand that they’re not fixing things because the hotel is going to be renovated. The safe in the room did not work. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast continuously ran out of plates, juice machine was broken and most days there was no juice in the refrigerator for the guests. The beds and room were comfortable. Despite the issues I would stay at the hotel again. Overall, our experience was a good one.”

“The walls were super thin and you could hear everything through them. The area was sketchy and it felt like there were people talking and yelling all night.”

“It was clean enough, but just old. The bathroom needed an upgrade as it was really showing wear.”

“The property was older and showed its age but everything was clean and that’s a big deal. Coffee available 24 hours. A decent breakfast and the site was close to myriads of restaurants and all type of shopping.”

“The bathroom was dirty. Someone checked in to the room above us and were running back and forth around 11pm. This went on for around an hour and then they were back up around 530 am and woke us up.”

“Nice hotel”

“The pool was listed but not open. There was no slide lock on the door. The room smelled like mildew. The breakfast ran short almost every morning. The sheets were on the bed inside out and the mini fridge didnt work.”

“The parking was fine, the bathroom tub didn’t drain.”

“Pool was out of order during the entire stay. The in-room iron did not work and needed to request a replacement twice. Hotel’s texting feature yelled no response and concierge staff response was inconsistent. ”
