“Stages several nights the sheets are never changed I've rented the same room checked out and checked back in and the sheets are not changed I found bed bugs in the room last night it just seems to get worse every time the cleaning stuff is not clean whatsoever”

“This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...
