The System was updating and usually happens at very early times at night and normally takes an hour, which can limit the accessibility to the system and the front desk is not able to provide keys or register the client. She gave us the keys of a room that had a couple guest already inside the room and she say that the room should be available. Maybe the system was not correctly updated? Hard to know.
