“Front desk clerk was very professional! We had a reservation and checked in a little late. 9 pm. We were given an ADA room though we had no need for this type of room. Room was large however the bathroom was not great. They shower definitely had evidence from the previous guest clearly visible and shower floor and the curtain was short and water flooded the entire restroom floor due to no edge for shower entrance. Defiant safety issue for slipping and mold. Very concerning. Breakfast was...

“Very dirty. It looked like the bathroom ceiling had water damage and was going to cave in. The blow dryer almost started on fire when I turned it on, it started smoking. I would never stay here again. ”

“Unfortunately, they were renovating. Banging, drilling and circular saws going most of the day. Kept me awake most of the evening. Replacing carpeting molding outside my door. Several ice machines inoperable. Nice gym. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Sadly would not recommend. ”

“The room and hallway smelled. There were multiple big roaches all over the room. Airbdidnt work, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. No hand soap,shampoo,or body wash. I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here.”

“Upon arrival I discovered the room w/balcony that I reserved was NOT available even though I has reserved it a month before. Pool and hot tub VERY dirty. Food area almost always closed. ”

“The room was not clean and there were roaches and stains on the bed. I’m thankful to the man that was working there because he did switch my room, but even then the blankets were not cleaned at all. I’m thankful for the place to have stayed, but that is not. It is not a clean place to stay. ”

“Hotel comodo da raggiungere perché di fronte ad una high Way. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è l'aeroporto di Boca Raton. Personale gentile, camere comode e colazione abbastanza varia.”
