We noticed the elevator floor was wet - probably someone from the pool - brought it to the attention of the front desk and when we came back with our belongings it had been wiped up.”

“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile.
L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...
