Set 350m from the beach, this beautifully appointed 5-bedroom home offers ocean views, open-plan living, and multiple alfresco and outdoor spaces, all wrapped in lush greenery overlooking Cooroy Mountain. With a dual living setup, private pool and spa, and pet-friendly amenities, it’s the perfect base for families or groups seeking a beachside escape just minutes from the buzz of Hastings Street. This is the perfect multi-generational holiday home.

The Space:
.• Location: Just a 5-minute stroll to the dog-friendly Sunrise Beach and walking distance to local café Chalet & Co.
• Layout: Flexible dual-living layout ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. Two completely separate and independent living areas with dedicated kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Kitchen: Generous open-plan kitchen with island bench, butler’s pantry, and modern appliances.
• Bedrooms: Five spacious bedrooms with built-in or walk-in robes. The master includes an oversized ensuite with a deep bathtub and ocean views.
• Bathrooms: Three bathrooms, including a luxurious ensuite in the master.
• Living Areas: Multiple living zones across two levels, including a private downstairs apartment with its own kitchen and alfresco deck.
• Outdoor Areas: Alfresco dining terrace with sweeping views of the ocean and Noosa Hinterland, plus a lower deck and tropical garden. Enjoy the best of both worlds; sunrises over the ocean and sunsets behind the mountains.
• Extras: Heated pool and spa, outdoor entertaining zones, pet-friendly, reverse-cycle air con, ceiling fans, and motorised blinds.
• Parking: Undercover carport for three-car accommodation.
• Proximity: Close to Noosa National Park, Hastings Street, and Sunshine Beach village.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including both dual living spaces, all indoor and outdoor areas, and the pool and spa. The lower-level apartment can function independently, but will be opened up for unrestricted use.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet pocket of Sunrise Beach, this home is just 350m from the sand and minutes from Noosa’s vibrant heart. Chalet & Co is the perfect spot to start your morning, just by the beach access. Whether you’re heading to Sunshine Beach, Hastings Street, or exploring Noosa National Park, everything is on your doorstep without the crowds.

Getting Around:
• Walk: You’re just 350m from Sunrise Beach and a short stroll to Chalet & Co café. Sunshine Beach village and the Surf Club are also walkable via scenic coastal paths.
• Drive: Noosa Junction (5 mins) and Hastings Street (10 mins) are easily reached by car, offering restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
• Bike: Electric mountain bikes can be rented directly through us. Please message us to arrange.
• Public Transport: Local buses run regularly along David Low Way and nearby streets, with connections to Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction, and Tewantin.
• Rideshare: Uber, DiDi, and local taxi services operate throughout the area and are reliable day and night.
• Parking: The home includes secure parking for up to three vehicles, with ample off-street space.

Other Things to Note:
The pool and spa have been programmed to set temperatures, however fluctuations in the ambient atmosphere and weather can affect this. The spa has been set to 35 degrees and the pool will typically sit between 23 and 25 degrees, however this can vary by a few degrees depending on the time of year. We cannot accommodate special requests for different temperatures, nor guarantee exact tempeartures.

Electric mountain bikes can be rented directly through us for an additional cost.

There is an EV charger available for use, but must be approved and activated in advance. Please message us about this.

This home is pet-friendly and fully fenced, but please be respectful of the home and neighbourhood during your stay.

This house is a 'green' house and powered entirely by solar. There are 3 large batteries that ensure power is always available for guests.
