The Space:
This spacious, single-level rustic retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is thoughtfully designed for a relaxed, local-living experience. The open, flowing layout and high ceilings create a welcoming atmosphere, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area featuring two plush sofas, two occasional chairs, a smart TV, and a cosy fireplace. An AC unit in the living room ensures comfort throughout, and a dedicated home office is available for those needing to work or study during their stay. The kitchen, practical and well-equipped, offers all the essentials for cooking away from home, including a fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, and coffee pod machine, plus an additional fridge in the laundry.
At the heart of the home, large glass sliding doors lead to an inviting outdoor entertaining area complete with comfortable seating, a BBQ, a private pool, and a secure backyard, perfect for family fun or letting the dogs roam freely. Four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms provide ample space for everyone, with air conditioning in the master bedroom and living area for added comfort.

Office: This room is perfect for those who need to study or work away from home with a wrap-around desk and chair.

Guests have full access to the entire home and a double carport. Additional parking is available on the driveway for 1 car, plus free street parking as well.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area should you need it. The home is 350m away from Gloucester Road where bus services are available and operate to Buderim, Sippy Downs & Maroochydore.

*Pet-friendly for 2 dogs maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
