The Space:

Large sliding doors allow natural light and cooling coastal breezes to flow throughout the living and dining areas, while opening onto a spacious entertaining patio overlooking the private swimming pool.



The air-conditioned living area features a comfortable lounge, 65-inch Smart TV and adjoining dining space, creating the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Noosa. The fully equipped kitchen includes quality stainless-steel appliances, generous bench space and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay.



Whether you're enjoying breakfast by the pool, firing up the barbecue for dinner, or unwinding with an evening drink on one of the balconies, the home has been designed to make the most of Queensland's indoor-outdoor lifestyle.



The duplex comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Located upstairs, the master suite features a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, Smart TV and a private semi-covered balcony.



Bedroom 2: Situated on the ground floor, this bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, Smart TV and direct access to the pool area, creating a peaceful private retreat.



Bedroom 3: Located upstairs, this bedroom includes two single beds, a Smart TV and its own private balcony, making it ideal for children or additional guests.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Attached to the master bedroom and complete with a shower, vanity and toilet.



Bathroom 2: Conveniently located on the ground floor and servicing the remaining bedrooms, featuring a shower, vanity, toilet and integrated laundry facilities.



Outside, guests can enjoy their own private 6 x 4 metre swimming pool surrounded by a sunny terrace, perfect for cooling off after the beach or relaxing with a book. The covered alfresco area includes comfortable outdoor seating, a large dining table for eight and a barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals outdoors while embracing Noosa's laid-back lifestyle.



Additional features include secure garage parking for one vehicle, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and pet-friendly accommodation for one small to medium-sized dog (approval required).



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire duplex, including the private swimming pool, outdoor entertaining areas, balconies and secure garage parking for one vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally located on Noosa Hill, the home places you within easy reach of everything Noosa is famous for. Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach, Noosa Junction and Noosa National Park are all just a short walk or drive away, offering endless cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, scenic walking trails and beautiful beaches to explore throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

It's approximately a 10-minute walk (or a short 3-minute drive) to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. Noosa Junction is also just a few minutes away, offering additional cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shopping.

*Unfortunately we cannot accept Schoolies bookings or similar groups.



*Guests are required to comply with the Noosa Council Code of Conduct and the property house rules during their stay.



*Pet friendly - We welcome one small to medium-sized dog per booking. A $50 pet fee applies, and approval is required prior to arrival. Dogs must not be left unattended at the property in accordance with the Noosa Council Code of Conduct.



*Please note that to stay with us, guests will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this form has been completed.
