The Space:

The stairs on Northern side of the unit, provide direct access to the outdoor shower, the laundry, mud room and powder room : perfect for returning from the beach. It's the perfect blend of location and luxury, creating an unforgettable home away from home.



Recently renovated with a stylish coastal aesthetic and brand-new appliances, the apartment now boasts enhanced features and thoughtful upgrades throughout. With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.



Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.



Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.



Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades.
