Exquisite 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home in the heart of Alexandra for a luxurious and peaceful beach retreat. Stunning Northerly aspect and close proximity to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Relax by the pool and make the most of the beach, this property offers the best of both worlds.
Only a stroll of 450m away from the Alexandra Headland patrolled Beach, then walk on to Mooloolaba Esplanade or Cotton Tree Esplanade,

Expansive open living area including large kitchen, dining areas inside and out, and confortable loungewith bar. Media room and office space. Master retreat with King Bed , large ensuite with amazing large square Spa bath. Second bedroom with a choice of King bed or 2 Singles on request, an ensuite, and large laundry.
Upstairs has a spacious games room with TV area and Pool table and very large balcony overlooking the pool. It also has 3 bedrooms, all with King beds, with 2 rooms being able to be configured as King beds or 2 Singles on request. There is 2 bathrooms aswell.

Fully airconditioned, with controls for each area. Wifi and 3 smart TVs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
