MAGICO NOOSA HINTERLAND RETREAT

Il Magnolia Cottage è un affascinante casale in legno rustico che offre la vera atmosfera del paese ancora così vicino alle pittoresche città di Cooroy, Eumundi e Pomona, a soli 15 minuti da Noosaville e dal fiume / ristorante Gympie Tce e altri 5 minuti dalla glitz della Hastings Street e della Main Beach di Noosa.

Il cottage offre 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni ed è separato dalla The Stables (anch'essa quotata su HomeAway) da un tranquillo cortile con fontana.

Magnolia Cottage si trova su 2 acri di giardini incantevoli con vista sulla nostra diga piena di giglio e ponte di sospensione della corda, alla montagna oltre.

Il nostro cottage è stato arredato per offrire una casa rilassata lontano da casa sentire con aggiunto tocchi di lusso.

Lo spazio: Magnolia Cottage ha tutto per assicurarsi che la tua famiglia e il tuo animale domestico siano felici.
Si tratta di una casa "reale", dalla fune a dondolo sopra la diga fino alla fossa del fuoco e recentemente ristrutturata, inclusa la maggior parte degli elettrodomestici.

Al piano inferiore: cucina aperta con piano cottura a gas, zona pranzo e salotto (con 50 "LED TV, DVD e usb soundbar compatibile) che si aprono su un mazzo divertente con viste splendide e barbecue Weber.
La veranda ampia e ombreggiata ha porte a entrambe le estremità, offrendo uno spazio sicuro per la maggior parte dei cani. Il giardino tra il cottage e la diga è recintato (filo combinato e legname). La diga stessa non è recintata, e la proprietà potrebbe non essere adatta a bambini molto piccoli. Seli metta in contatto con prego per ulteriori dettagli se avete preoccupazioni.

Camera da letto principale: Letto matrimoniale e TV a LED a parete. Viste verso la diga e la montagna.

Bagno principale: ampio bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno di artiglio.
lavanderia. Situato al di fuori del bagno principale e dispone di una nuova lavatrice a carica frontale (solo acqua fredda) e asciugatrice.

Al piano superiore: camera da letto a due spioventi con letto matrimoniale (e TV), seconda camera a due spioventi con letto matrimoniale, camera da letto con letti a castello, bagno completo, soggiorno separato con TV LED da 43 "(soundbar compatibile USB) e tavolo da air hockey, apertura sul balcone con glorioso visualizzazioni. Tutte le camere tranne i letti a castello (solo ventilatore) dispongono di aria condizionata.

Accesso all'ospite: Include tutto il Magnolia Cottage (ad eccezione di un ripostiglio chiuso e un armadio al piano di sotto) ei 2 ettari di giardini.

The Stables è una residenza separata (anche elencata su HomeAway) separata dal cortile della fontana e dal cancello.

Awesome doggy friendly cottage

Magnolia Cottage in Cooroy is a delightful, dog-friendly retreat! 🏡✨ The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs, and the cottage itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring nearby parks and trails, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Tranquillity Plus

Lots of thought has gone into making this a most comfortable stay with lots of outdoor space to enjoy; situated in lush rainforest trees, with birdlife and pleasant outlook. Easy drive to Noosa and coastal sights.

Familiar feeling

Delightful home on gorgeous grounds reminded us of summer holidays at the family estate when times were simpler and happier. Secluded yet offers easy access to surrounding towns. The beds are very comfortable, and it was lovely to wake up to birdsong every morning. Will definitely stay again for a longer stretch of time.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

Lovely cottage to spend the weekend with friends. Ammenities good. Check in very easy and communication with owner very good. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Things need improvement

Building was as advertised, however there were issues which spoiled the weekend. Remote on TV was playing up, after an hour we worked out the batteries were going flat. Spare batteries in the butlers pantry were the wrong size. Sound Bar was aweful, and there was no Cable and the remote (now working) was aweful. Then we were interrupted with people trying to access the stables, that wasted an hour, they eventually went off to find other acccommodations, but arrived back a few hours later after getting on to VRBO. Dish Washer - the door wouldnt close properly and was leaking water. Only 2 of the 5 burners on the stove were working. We were looking forward to a barbque - it was filthy, full of cockroaches, and there were rat droppings inside it and it was covered in grease. Outside of the building was mildewed, gardens overgrown and half dead, and the pond covered in a oily slime. Also the septic near the stables (which you have to walk past to access the house) was a bit whiffy and looked like it was leaking into the surrounding ground. Also the driveway was VERY steep and unpaved. Other than that it was OK. It's a shame as most of these issues are easily fixable and come down to having a bit of pride in your property and consideration for the people staying there. I would not recommend this property, and will not be staying there again.

The setting was great. Peaceful and quiet. Close to Noosa and other attractions. The large burner on the stove top was not working. Wouldn't stay lit.

A nice getaway

Loved the beautiful grounds. House felt clean, warm and welcoming and had lots of lovely touches. We loved our stay at Magnolia cottage and we were made to feel our pup was very welcome there too. Very relaxing stay and would definitely visit again. We did run into some problems with one of our cars however not being able to get up the driveway- the 4WD had no trouble however our Mazda sedan couldn’t climb the steep, loose gravel driveway and if it weren’t for the fantastic, lovely neighbours up the road coming to our rescue and allowing us to use their yard and driveway we could have been facing an expensive tow. All in all though, a wonderful weekend break away.

Wonderful location and the house has all that you could wish for for a weekend at Cooroy The grounds are very nice and the view is fantastic Heaps of birdlife and other creatures were seen and or heard We would love to come back again

Great pet friendly accommodation

We had a lovely stay at the cottage but was a little disappointed with the close proximity of additional accommodation and guests. The shared access road needs a lot of upgrading as I had great difficulty getting my car back up to the main road.

Lovely holiday house

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great views and outdoor table area and perfect for families. Had everything you needed and styled really nicely. Gorgeous bedrooms and very large rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious cottage, great spot.

Spacious cottage with spacious rooms! Everything was clean and overall cottage had a nice homely feel to it. Had many inclusions (air con, fans etc) and the butlers pantry and kitchen was well equipped. Loved the high ceiling beams and open plan downstairs. Would definitely revisit!

Lovely place to chill for a few days with the fur kids

Such a lovely property that is made even better by the fully fenced yard so we could enjoy our few days off with the dogs. Beautiful house and lovely managers. Only tricky bit is that the shared driveway has suffered damage from the recent rains and is a bit difficult to navigate in a small front wheel drive car. Otherwise a lovely relaxing stay.

This home is in very convenient location ! Must stay again

This home is conveniently located near everything you may require yet far enough away to be secluded. The layout of the rooms is spacious with good wardrobe space to unpack. The house is stocked with all the essentials for your Stay, eg, kitchenware, rubbish bags, all the sprays and cleaning products that you often forget ! Clearly marked out areas for pets and childrens safety so all can relax. Beautiful home to relax in ! Reluctantly would recommend at the risk of it being able to book in again !!!

Magnolia Cottage Getaway

We all wished we could stay longer. Much, much longer. The cottage was clean and felt very warm and inviting. Bedrooms were cosy and comfortable with large beds. The kitchen was big with plenty of space to move, including a well stocked butler's pantry. We loved the tranquility of the garden and the peaceful setting - absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time just sitting in the garden, listening to the birds. We also had a lovely picnic by the pond. A supermarket and various restaurant and take away options are available a short drive away. On the first night we had dinner at the local Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious. Overall we were very happy with our stay. So much so, we decided to stay an extra night. We'd love to come back again soon and would highly recommend Magnolia Cottage for a family getaway. 10/10!
