With a fully equipped modern kitchen with butlers pantry, electric BBQ and ample entertaining spaces, this house is perfect for the next family holiday. Whether you’re looking to take a dip at the near by Golden Beach, a round of golf at the nearby Greg Norman designed golf course (Pelican Waters Resort), or simply relax in your tranquil oasis, this Pelican Waters property is the ultimate holiday escape.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $171 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Disgusting smells, disgusting customer service.

While the property is quite beautiful it was uninhabitable. As we were driving to the property, we were contacted by the property manager (Caloundra Holiday Rentals) who advised us the cleaner reported the house "smelled bad". They offered to reimburse us for any cleaning products we might need!! We did try to clean the property: 5 of us spent 3 hours cleaning on Boxing Day. We could not remove the stink, and at 7pm moved to accommodation elsewhere. While the payment for accommodation has been refunded, we have been told they won't refund the linen costs, nor the amount of the motel accommodation we were forced to get that evening. Did they want us to sleep in the car? Do NOT under any circumstances use this holiday booking agency, and I would suggest anyone seeking to stay at the property get assurances the smell has gone.
