The Space: This Moffat Beach modern oasis offers the perfect blend of style and functionality for your next Sunshine Coast holiday. From the moment you enter this home, your senses are awoken by the lush greenery on the property and surrounding the sparkling pool. As you enter the home you’re greeted by the downstairs open-plan living room that seamlessly connects to the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the sparkling pool. The living room is complete with a large smart TV, two plush leather 3-seater sofas, and two occasional chairs for ultimate relaxation. The outdoor area and kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, sink, BBQ and table for 6, perfect for alfresco dining and summer BBQs. As you explore further the downstairs space of the home, you'll discover the fourth bedroom with two cosy single beds, followed by bedroom 2 and 3, each offering a queen-sized bed. The well-appointed bathroom features a bath, shower, and vanity, with a separate powder room for added convenience.
Ascending the modern oak staircase to the upper level, you'll instantly be captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that stretch out before you, showcasing the picturesque beauty of Moffat Beach. The modern kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, a butler's pantry, a spacious countertop, and a breakfast bar, all complemented by expansive windows that frame the beautiful sea view. The open plan dining area seats eight, providing ample space for family meals, while the adjoining balcony offers a comfortable outdoor setting with an inviting sofa and a dining table for six, perfect for relishing the sea breezes and scenery. The upstairs is adorned with indoor plants and vibrant artwork, providing a sense of serenity throughout. The open-plan living area is equipped with a large smart TV, a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, and two occasional chairs, offering the ideal spot for chilling out on holidays. The top floor is home to the master suite, a private haven for guests with a king-sized bed, plus ocean views from the bedroom, an expansive walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious ensuite. There is also a convenient work/study nook that also benefits from the mesmerising ocean views, and an adjacent powder room that adds to the convenience and comfort of this amazing home.
Master Bedroom (level 2): Located on the top floor of the home, the master bedroom is spacious and private. Complete with a plush king sized bed, huge walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, plus two occasional chairs perfect for a spot of reading. Master Ensuite: Spacious and luxurious, this ensuite is complete with a double shower, bath, double vanity and toilet.
Bedroom Two (level 1): Featuring a queen sized bed, this room is styled beautifully with a wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
Bathroom Two (level 1): This bathroom is adjacent to bedroom 2 and 3, and features a shower, bath and vanity.
Powder Room (level 1): Located next to bathroom 2 and features a large vanity and toilet.
Bedroom Three (level 1): Light and bright, the third bedroom is a haven for guests on holidays and is complete with a queen bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom Four (level 1): The bedroom is perfect for the kids with two singles beds, air-conditioning and a fan.
Laundry (level 1): The laundry is fully equipped with a front loader washing machine, dryer and sink, with a door that opens out to the side of the home with an outdoor washing line.
* Please note the upstairs of the home has one master ensuite bathroom and a separate powder room, the downstairs has one bathroom and one powder room.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is parking available for 2-3 cars on the driveway plus free on-street parking.
The Neighborhood: The home is located 350m away from the beautiful Moffat Beach (un-patrolled). The closest patrolled beach is Dicky Beach which is a short 5-min drive or 1.2km walk. The home is located within walking distance of Moffat Beach cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all close by. Getting Around: It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 2 minute walk to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
