This gorgeous five bedroom retreat is nestled in the rolling hills of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, with views of the coastline. Only a short drive away from the charming Maleny and Montville townships, you'll have the opportunity to explore the attractions they provide, ft hiking trails, waterfalls, and the scenic Baroon Pocket Dam. Featuring two kitchens and stunning balcony views, this residence is an ideal retreat for a perfect escape. Please note the fireplace is currently out of order.



The Space:

Wanting an escape away from the hustle and bustle of typical tourist destinations? Head to our peaceful home in the hinterland where the trees are plentiful, the views are exceptional and marshmallows on the fire are a necessity. The house features an open dining and living area upstairs, a fully-equipped kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, and another kitchen. Both levels have balcony access, and there is plenty of backyard space with a firepit. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



Kitchen & Dining

Upstairs Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas cooktop and cast iron hot plate, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware. The dining table features bench seating on one side plus additional chairs.



Downstairs Kitchenette: Includes a mini fridge, electric oven and cooktop, rangehood, and generous counter space.



Living Area

Relax in the spacious living room with a wrap-around lounge, flat-screen TV, and Chromecast for streaming your favourite services. Please note the fireplace is currently out of order.

Bedroom 1 & 2: Queen bed with air-conditioning

Bedroom 3: Day bed with pull-out single trundle with air-conditioning



Downstairs

Guest Access:

The guest has access to both levels of the house, carport, balconies, and the back yard with beautiful views.



The Neighborhood:

The house is on a quiet residential street, in between the towns of Montville and Maleny. There is plenty of exploring to do in the area, including hiking, boating, and swimming in one of the many national parks. Due to the close proximity to the Sunshine Coast beaches, it's a breeze to take the kids down to Caloundra, Mooloolaba or Noosa to play in the sand.



Pure mountain air, panoramic views and rolling countryside – Maleny is the perfect location for a romantic getaway or a leisurely family picnic.

Most areas require a vehicle to access.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
