This property require a pre-authorisation amount of $100 per night which will be held as a bond upon arrival. This amount is used if there are additional cleaning fees or damages caused to the property. These funds will be returned to your account within 10 days. If any delays beyond 10 days, you will need to contact your bank for funds to be released.
