This warm and welcoming home is fully equipped with modern amenities including wifi, Fetch TV, stocked kitchen, Skipper wash/cleaning products, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, games and books, swimming pool, reverse cycling air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Not to mention the refreshing coastal breezes that can be enjoyed by opening up the large bi-fold doors upstairs and the french doors downstairs. Enjoy relaxing outside while listening to the claiming sounds of the ocean.
Sammi is situated just 2km from the main patrolled surf beach, close enough to easily access the waves - but far enough from the maddening crowds. The extensive choice of restaurants, bars, cafes - both high end and fast are ready for you to enjoy. Your hardest choice each morning will be to workout which is your favourite coffee and breakfast location. Lunch and dinner is sorted at the Coolum Beach Surf Club, a family friendly favourite, quality meals with generous portions - booking ahead is a good idea.
Sammi features multiple living areas, both inside and out, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to either come together or retreat to their favourite space for some quiet time. The air-conditioned/ceiling fan open-plan living, kitchen dining area flows seamlessly onto the wrap around front deck, where you will enjoy the privacy and beauty of the tropical garden. The front deck is equipped with a BBQ, hanging rattan egg chair and outdoor table with room for eight, perfect for outdoor dinning and relaxation.
The air-conditioned bedrooms are designed for a restful sleep, the main bedroom overlooks part of the pool and features a queen-size bed, ensuite and ample storage. Bedroom two and three offer a double bed and built-in cupboards. The final spacious bedroom four also has a queen bed and is located downstairs, equiped with a study desk/chair, large built in wardrobe and access to the third but largest private bathroom.
There are some board games, children's and tween books, portable rattan pool chairs, basic beach items, beach umbrella and cooler bag to be used.
If you require a bassinet, high chair, port-a-cot they are available but on request only.
The fully fenced yard is a haven for kids and adults alike with beautiful established trees and lawn space to play while safely separated from the entry to the pool. An outdoor hot and cold shower is also on hand to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

Please note that we have two security cameras installed - as is approved by AirBnB, this is for our peace of mind when we are enjoying Sammi and to ensure that the no party policy is adhered to.
One is situated at the front door, pointing out to the walkway entry and the second highlights the driveway only.
All other areas are completely free of any monitoring, all decks, patios, backyard and internal areas are completely private for you to enjoy.
We have a great relationship with our amazing neighbours so please adhere to the quiet time hours from 10pm till 8am. We are only a stones throw away and will be notified if the no party/unregistered guests policy is broken.
