The Space:

Nestled in the peaceful suburb of Battery Hill, this spacious four-bedroom home sleeps up to eight guests and offers a wonderful blend of comfort, character and indoor-outdoor living.



The home is also dog-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs upon approval, making it a wonderful coastal escape for the whole family, including your four-legged companions.



Arrive via the driveway, with parking available beneath the home, before making your way upstairs to the main living level. Step inside to discover bright and inviting interiors, where beautiful exposed timber ceilings, coastal-inspired furnishings and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere.



The open-plan living area features a comfortable L-shaped couch, two occasional chairs, smart TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the nearby beaches. High ceilings with exposed timber beams add warmth and character, while large windows and glass doors invite the coastal breeze inside.



Flowing seamlessly from the lounge, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous bench space and everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests, providing a lovely setting for shared meals and quality time together.



One of the home's standout features is the spacious wraparound veranda, offering beautiful elevated views across the surrounding neighbourhood towards Caloundra. Step outside through the sliding glass doors to enjoy the fresh coastal air, fire up the BBQ for a relaxed alfresco meal or gather around the high-top dining table for four. With additional outdoor seating and plenty of space to unwind, the veranda is perfect for slow morning coffees, afternoon refreshments and soaking up the beautiful Sunshine Coast weather.



The veranda wraps around the home and also provides direct access to the master bedroom, creating a lovely connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious and inviting retreat featuring a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite. The room also includes a dedicated workspace with a TV that can double as a monitor, ideal for guests needing to catch up on work during their stay. Direct access to the wraparound veranda offers an additional space to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.



Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite): A private ensuite featuring a shower, single vanity and toilet.



Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed, two bedside tables, ceiling fan and wardrobe, creating a peaceful space to unwind.



Bedroom 3: A cosy bedroom featuring a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed underneath, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. The room also includes a bedside table, ceiling fan, wardrobe and a comfortable sitting chair in the corner.



Bedroom 4: Ideal for children or single guests, this bedroom features two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and wardrobe.



Bathroom 2 (Main Bathroom): A convenient family bathroom complete with a shower, bathtub and single vanity, with a separate toilet located beside the bathroom.



Laundry: A dedicated laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, along with a separate external door for convenient access.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the open-plan living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry and spacious wraparound veranda with BBQ and outdoor seating.



There is space to park up to four vehicles, with two spaces available in the garage beneath the home and an additional two spaces on the driveway.



Please note that there is a locked storage room underneath the house that is not accessible to guests.

Having a car is the most convenient way to explore Battery Hill and the wider Sunshine Coast, allowing you to easily visit nearby beaches, shopping centres, restaurants and popular coastal destinations.



Local bus services also operate throughout the area, with the closest bus stop, Beerburrum Street near Sanderling Street, Aroona, located 968m away (approximately a 15-minute walk). From here, guests can access public transport connections towards Caloundra to the south and Mooloolaba and Maroochydore to the north.



Other Things to Note:

*Dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs upon application, with a $50 per dog fee applying. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*Security cameras: Please note that there are four external security cameras located around the property. Two cameras are positioned in the carport and may remain operational for security purposes. There is also one camera at the front door and one at the back door, which will be covered and deactivated prior to guest stays. There are no cameras inside the home.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
