The Space:

Calm your mind, body and soul as you connect with nature at this private tropical four bedroom Oasis. You can do everything or absolutely nothing at this beautiful hideaway, with all the comforts you need to unwind, and for those with children, to keep your family content and happy. The house (formerly known as 'Beechwood') is perfect for a family who loves the feeling of being together but still enjoy having enough space to do their own thing, or simply for a quiet retreat to zen away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house, front garden and gorgeous pool all face North onto Noosa's National Park in a tropical lush rainforest setting. The gorgeous pool is heated during the cooler months in Autumn, Winter and Spring. We do not heat it in Summer as we find it more refreshing during the hot season...



The house itself is private and secure, with a secure front gate and garage to the front of the house. Once you access the main gate you are met by an undercover walkway leading towards the house.



To the right hand side there is a beautiful spacious king/2 single bed studio (plus single fold away bed) suite with its own entry, pool/garden view, powder room and living with TV, which flows seamlessly into the main house and is perfect for a couple, teenage retreat or young family. This room is newly re-modeled with a bathroom.



The main level comprises of open plan kitchen, dining and living with huge sliding doors flowing onto a beautiful undercover terrace adjoining a sparkling new swimming pool which is heated in the cooler months*, sun drenched tropical gardens, and views to the national park. Perfect to enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the children cooling down in the pool, relax and read a book, or alfresco evening dining under the stars. The modern kitchen is bright and spacious and benefits from all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine, starter coffee pods and basic pantry items. If you love to cook, feel free to select fresh, organic, seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden to add a healthy touch to your meal



There is an undercover outdoor dining area with BBQ off the living area and kitchen, with soothing water feature and is surrounded by leafy tropical foliage. If you are cooking in the kitchen you can feel like part of the party by chatting through the large open servery window to your dinner guests. Enjoy an evening movie on the huge flat screen TV, cuddled on the comfortable couch after a busy day at the beach.



Two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, and main bathroom (with separate toilet) are also on the main level.



The second story of our home is dedicated to a luxury master retreat. You are greeted by another living area with TV when you reach the top of the stairs. This is followed by a large king master bedroom with gorgeous views over a lush rainforest setting. A generous walk-in-robe and master ensuite is also on this level. Just perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all.



Our home is located at the trail-head of the Noosa National Park walking tracks and a six minute walk to funky Duke Street gourmet cafes and award winning restaurants. A mere 8 minute walk to sheltered North Sunshine beach or an 8 minute walk in the other direction to the patrolled Sunshine Beach. The large four bedroom home will leave you wanting for nothing. In 25 minutes you can walk through the stunning Noosa National park, get in touch with nature and find yourself at Hastings St sipping lattes or spending the day on glorious Main Beach.



Guest Access:

As our guest you have full access to the entire house and studio, *heated swimming pool*, garden and one car garage space (we park our car in the other space). There is plenty of on street parking outside.



The Neighborhood:

There are so many things to enjoy whilst staying in Noosa.



Surfing, Stand Up Paddle Boards, afternoon & sunset cruises to name but a few amazing activities.



Our home is a short picturesque stroll to gorgeous patrolled Sunshine Beach, North Sunshine Beach, Duke Street cafes, restaurants, shops and child friendly Surf Club. Dine in fabulous restaurants such as XO and lovely cocktails at The Marble Bar.



Hastings Street cafes, restaurants and boutiques are only a 5 min drive or 15 min bike ride away. You can walk through Noosa National Park and arrive to Hastings Street in 25 minutes, perfect for some afternoon exercises before enjoying a glass of well deserved wine at Miss Moneypenny's or Bistro C.



Noosa National Park is one of Australia's most visited parks and has five picturesque walking tracks ranging from one to eight kilometres and caters to all fitness levels.



Just less then 5 mins drive away at Noosa Junction is a eclectic mix of cafes, shops and restaurants. It is also the location of a large Coles which has an excellent array of groceries, Pardon's fruit shop and fresh seafood at Noosa Junction Seafood Markets. There is also 'Organica' which is a large supermarket in Noosaville which stocks everything from organic wine to kids organic health lollies!



Getting Around:

Everything in Sunshine Beach is accessible by any easy walk. There are also regular local buses (which are free over the Christmas, NY and Easter periods) that travel between Sunshine Beach and Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, Noosaville and Peregian Beach. The bus stop is located 100 metres from 'Villa Ohana Pono'. Maroochydore airport is only a 20 min drive away and there are many bus companies that pick up from your door, and drop off to Brisbane (1.5 hours away) and Maroochydore airports. Uber is very popular in the area and there is a local Taxi service which are very reliable.
