The Space:

Located within the sought-after Yarraga complex, this spacious split-level apartment welcomes you with bright open-plan living, tropical outdoor spaces and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Large bifold doors connect the living area with the front entertaining deck, allowing natural light and refreshing sea breezes to flow throughout the home.



The comfortable living room provides the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Sunshine Beach, while the adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen make holiday living effortless. A generous servery window opens onto the private north-facing courtyard, where lush tropical gardens, a barbecue and a charming Bali hut create a peaceful outdoor retreat for alfresco dining and relaxed afternoons.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests across two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Located upstairs, the loft-style master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and opens onto its own private balcony, creating the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sea breezes.



Bedroom 2: This spacious bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed, making it ideal for families, children or additional guests.



Bathroom 1: The main bathroom is located upstairs and features a shower, vanity and toilet.



Bathroom 2: A convenient powder room is located downstairs for added comfort during your stay.



Outside, guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, including the private rooftop terrace with ocean glimpses and cooling coastal breezes. Whether you're soaking up the sunshine, enjoying sunset drinks or simply relaxing after a beach day, the rooftop provides a peaceful place to unwind. Guests also have access to the beautifully maintained shared swimming pool within the complex.



Additional features include a private laundry, dedicated office nook for remote work, complimentary WiFi, secure garage parking for one vehicle, beach towels, a Cool Cabana beach tent, and a travel cot (please bring your own cot sheet)



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire split-level apartment, including the private rooftop terrace, tropical courtyard, outdoor entertaining areas and secure garage parking. The swimming pool is shared with other guests within the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally positioned in the heart of Sunshine Beach village, you're just moments from the patrolled surf beach, Sunshine Beach Surf Club, boutique cafés and local restaurants. Noosa National Park is within walking distance, offering spectacular coastal walks towards Alexandria Bay and Hastings Street. A short drive also places you within easy reach of Tea Tree Bay, Hell's Gates, Laguna Lookout and everything Noosa has to offer.



Getting Around:

It's approximately a 2-minute walk to Sunshine Beach village, the patrolled beach and Sunshine Beach Surf Club. Noosa National Park is also within easy walking distance, while Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are around a 7-minute drive away.
