“They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. “Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! ”

Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”
