The room was maintained very well with lights, low battery with keys not working and no telephone working and in addition microwave on lock. I bought this to the attention of reception however being a Sunday night maintenance could attend & we were out for most of days. “Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”

“Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”
