“A dated hotel situated on a very nice lookout over Banff. A larger hot-tub would be more inviting for guests. We didn’t use the available E-bikes which is a great amenity. Dining staff were very friendly.”

“Great stay at the Royal Canadian Lodge. Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, and a fantastic on-site restaurant. The Spanish paella was delicious and the lemon drop hit the spot. Highly recommend.”

“Clean room. Only problem was underground parking was low clearance. Outdoor parking had about 10 first come spots and other parking was a bit of a walk. As we had to park out back the only access to the hotel was thru the side entrance and then no elevator to the lobby. Was difficult managing apprx 20 steps with luggage. ”

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms. We parked a short walk away at the train station (free) since our truck didn't fit in the adjacent parking garage. ”

“The essentials were super clean but grease cobwebs etc on the walls and ceiling, pool falling apart and it's easy to scratch yourself on the seats. Great customer service though which makes a difference.”
