“We had a good experience at the Hilton in Appleton and would stay there again .”

“We didn’t stay. False advertising. You already know that. And refused to refund my money. There is no way the pictures are of this motel that are advertised. Which is called false advertising. And we never stayed. We walked in, and walked right back out. And Expedia should back us. We called Expedia right away , and told them the condition of the motel. There is no way the pictures online were of this motel. No way!!!”

“Every cupboard in drawer was dirty the tub had hair in it the TV didn't work neither did the phone and to sum it up I found cockroaches and no compensation was made to me”

I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby. The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well. “Parking was good ,staff ok,room no towels and parts of room not cleaned ,air conditioner it was winter , need a better breakfast”

“So much broken and not working. No rolling cart for luggage. Very disappointed. 1 person working at the drink area for all. Had to walk away. And finally the food is not worth it. Too bad. It could vibe really great. ”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“The gym lock was broken, the front entrance door had difficulty close/open, the hot tub was unclean and the bubbles did not work. There was a snow storm, did not remove snow until late the following day then got plowed in. The manager was kind, but the circumstances left a lot to be desired. ”
