Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) ”

“The Centurion Hotel was well decorated for the season! The staff were all exceptional and give a warm welcome to our family. Check in was efficient. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC and in room fridge worked well! Breakfast was delicious and Christmas lunch was an event we enjoyed! If you are looking for a great property with excellent service then stay at the Centurion! Isaac was exceptional! So we're all other staff members like Peter, Collin and Caroline! ”

“This is a wonderful, well-run boutique hotel that is very popular. We loved our spacious king room and the restaurant has amazing food, with great staff all round. I highly recommend it but be aware that there events such as matric dances and weddings take place in the event space which can be noisy if you're staying in the hotel rooms. We did not mind it, and the noise levels died down relatively early but if you like very quiet hotel rooms, or go to bed early, then this might not be the...

“The Hotel is good in general but I was expecting a bit more being Marriot. there was some likages in the bathroon and therefore always a bit of water on the floor. Service is very slow though (somehtign very frequent in South Africa) though the people are very kind. Breakfast is good, a lot of choice but again to prepare the omelette, they were very slow... Room ample and clean.”
