There is a large open kitchen with all the utensils and everything you need to cook a full meal for several people.
Guests have access to their own unit, the gazebo next to the garage and the yard. Guests cannot access the basement.

This is an old building and you may hear footsteps from upstairs tenants. The front door can be hard to lock. Just push or pull while turning the deadbolt.
