Waters Edge at Holden Beach - Unit 433-A Newly-Renovated Oceanfront Condo w/Great Views, Shared Outdoor Pool, Free WiFi

It's all about the view! Outdoors and in, you will be happy in this newly renovated condo. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6. New Queen bed in master with full bath, Queen in second bedroom with full shared bath and new queen sleeper sofa in living room (bed linens not provided for sleeper sofa). This condo has lots of extras: the large 2nd story, half covered, deck has bar height Polywood furniture (great beach, pool and pier view). The interior has new floors, paint and furniture in tasteful, peaceful hues with silent ceiling fans throughout.

If you want to stay connected while you are here, there is fast, reliable WiFi, two new smart TV's, and an Amazon Echo for music. If you prefer to be unplugged we have a cabinet full of games, cards and books.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your family's needs including dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, Keurig, and large pantry. There is central heat and air, a washer and dryer and extra outlets for your convenience. There is covered parking for 2 cars.
The small, 20 unit complex has direct beach access, a good sized pool, outdoor showers, charcoal grills and is conveniently located next to the Holden Beach fishing pier and the general store/beach shop and ice cream.

We know you will love it here as much as we do!

> Direct Beach Access. The units at Water's Edge are located directly behind the beach. With just a short walk through the private beach access, only available to guests, you and your family will be in the perfect beach location. Each unit offers a semi-private stairway from your balcony down to the beach access.
> Grill Some Food. We know that part of a beach vacation is a meal on the grill. Water's Edge provides grills available for guest use throughout the day. Grab some burgers and buns for the perfect family grilling day!
> Right By The Pier. Water's Edge is located not just steps from the beach, but also right next to the Holden Beach Pier! A great advantage where you and your family will not have to worry about parking to access mid-island shops. A short walk brings you to the pier, Holden Beach General Store, Salt Peddler Swimsuits, Haley's Ice Cream, and more! Perfect for the afternoon when you've left the beach for the day.
> Private Balconies. Each unit at Water's Edge gives guests a private beach front balcony with beautiful ocean views! Upper-level units are perfect to enjoy the sun during the day and lower-level units provide great coverage for those extra hot summer days. Covered areas feature a waterproof coating to keep you and your family dry on those rainy days.
> Open Floor Plan. Water's Edge makes the most of your unit with a spacious open floor plan. Kitchen, dining, and living room areas feel roomy without excessive walls and dividers. Each unit also features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of living space for your and your family!
> Covered Parking. Each unit at Water's Edge features a covered car port available for all guests. Each port is labeled according to the unit letter so you will always be guaranteed a spot! No need to worry about crowded public parking when you can park directly under your rental and within steps of mid-island accommodations!

We were so happy with our stay! The condo was exactly what the pictures showed…clean, up to date, and filled with everything our family needed. Perfect view of the beach and pier from the balcony, which was great! We loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Nice oceanfront condo, newly renovated. We enjoyed the deck and easy beach access. The building is right near the public access of the pier which was busy even in the off season. Don't think I'd stay here in the summer unless you like crowded beaches. FYI -The dishwasher takes over 2 hours to run and they want you to wash, dry and put away all dishes before you leave so you'll need to time that.

Excellent location right on the beach. The condo was tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. It has a wonderful porch are to view the ocean and a pool.

We enjoyed everything about this lovely place. We definitely would stay again. The unit is beautiful and cozy we felt right at home. All of the communication I had with the property management was handled promptly and very professionally and friendly. Location is great everything we wanted.

Despite the negatives below, I would come here, again! The condo was perfectly located, with easy access to the beach. It has been recently painted and updated in the living/bedroom area, which is very nice. I loved the deck and view! I bet it gets hot in the summer! No cover. But the bathrooms and kitchen counter seriously need updating. You need to rent linens (poor quality), as informed, but that does not include towels. That was disappointing. No paper products were provided, other than partial toilet paper rolls. There is only salt and pepper in the kitchen. There was no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. One used sponge. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked to cook. I tried calling housekeeping for towels, but didn't get a response. I did get someone to come out and fix the master bedroom ceiling fan. All the lighting in the carport under the building was not working, so it was a dark arrival, and a bit dangerous. It would have been easy to trip or not see someone standing away from the car. That was very disconcerting as a single person traveling alone. I guess maintenence couldn't fix it, as it was that way all week. I did feel very safe, overall, though.

This is a nice condo right on the beautiful beach overlooking the pier. The condo has a nice floor plan. We enjoyed the pool on cooler days.
