Lungomare Puget Sound, a pochi minuti da Bainbridge Ferry per il centro di Seattle

Questa storica cabina si trova proprio sulla spiaggia, a pochi metri dall'alto marea. È l'unica cabina subito in spiaggia per chilometri in direzione; tutte le altre case sono sopra a livello di strada. L'area è ricca di Dungeness e Red Rock Crab (durante la stagione open crab). Durante la tarda estate e autunno, il salmone può essere catturato pescando direttamente dalla riva. Oppure goditi il temporale guardando dal portico coperto, con la stufa a legna vicino. Viste di Mt Rainier, Puget Sound, le rotte di navigazione e North Seattle.

A soli 90 minuti dal centro di Seattle tramite il traghetto Seattle / Bainbridge Island. Inoltre entro 15-30 minuti da Kingston, Poulsbo e il Suquamish Clearwater Casino e il Point Hotel and Casino.

Questa proprietà è unica perché è l'unica cabina letteralmente sulla spiaggia per miglia o direzione. Il Puget Sound si trova immediatamente oltre la paratia e il portico coperto. Di notte puoi godere di fuochi sulla spiaggia, con il suono Puget su un lato di te e il portico coperto sull'altro.

AVVISO IMPORTANTE: La cabina è accessibile dalla strada sopra tramite un sentiero privato sulla spiaggia. Il sentiero inizia come un sentiero di ghiaia e in seguito diventa una passerella personalizzata, lunga 80 piedi e larga 5 piedi. Mentre questo offre un'esperienza unica isolata direttamente sulla spiaggia, la passeggiata fino alla spiaggia può essere una sfida per gli anziani o persone con disabilità fisiche o con problemi di mobilità.

Thoroughly enjoyed this little oasis.

We loved this quaint waterfront cabin where our only neighbors were birds and sea animals. The house had everything we needed for restful mornings and peaceful dinners on the patio after our days of adventuring around the area. With the water on one side and lush greenery on the other, this house sits on 360 degrees of natural beauty.

Great Place

Beautiful private cabin right on the beach. Harbor porpoises, birds, seals all visible from the deck. Sweet classic cabin with everything you need. Would be a small challenge for someone with mobility issues as the trail down is steep but the cabin is worth it.

Awesome weekend at Blue Heron

This place has clearly benefited from the love and care of its owners and managers - well thought out with every item we needed, perched above the water with the tide going out to give dogs room to run on the beach, then coming back in to lap at the edge of the lawn in the evenings. Thanks for making this available for us to enjoy.

Beautiful Home

We had a lovely stay at this amazing property! It was rustic but super accommodating and had good updates! The view and water experience was wonderful! My partner, dog, and I had a great time! Joe was super responsive as well!

Adorable

Adorable little house on the water! Very private with an amazing view. The walk down to the house is steep but very doable if you do not have any mobility issues. It is worth the trek!

Beautiful property. Felt like I was in a boat. Water so clear with Dahls porpoises, otters, seals, cormorants and two Seagulls that would squawk at me because I think they may have been fed from the cabin before, which I did not do but I love Seagulls, so it was perfect.

Great place for prayers & family time

Me and my adult twin daughters came to escape the everyday life. Just a moment to celebrate family time and relax with our pups as well. Perfect amount of cabin life width modern amenities. I’d definitely like to return again when visiting my daughter in Seattle in the future. Bonus is seeing sooo many orcas and waking up to the water just out the front door. We had everything we needed, just needed to bring groceries!

Nice secluded cabin on the water

Everything was nice and clean during our stay, and we enjoyed being on the water. It is very nice and secluded, with a great view. The communication with the owner was excellent. The path down to the cabin was steep, so if you are elderly or unstable I could see that as a problem. Very nice getaway and well-maintained place to stay.

SERENITY WITH A VIEW!

We had a wonderful four day stay at the Blue Heron House. The bed was comfortable, household supplies were plentiful & easy to find and the views were spectacular! We were there in late September so we weren't lucky enough to see any whales or otters but we did see a sea lion, a couple of harbor seals, porpoises in the distance and plenty of jumping salmon! And, of course, Blue Herons; they were constant companions. Watching the boats go by, near and far, was beautiful. The weather didn't matter because the covered (and heated) porch made sitting outside enjoyable. The one caveat is to take the website's warning about the trail down to the cabin seriously and pack lightly! We will definitely pack differently next time. Our host was very thoughtful and very quick to answer any questions we had which was much appreciated!

Peaceful and charming

We enjoyed a couple nights at this small home. The walk down and back up is steep, but the path is well maintained and safe. Well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, the whole home was very clean. The wildlife in the Sound and along the shore of the cabin was fun to watch. We wished we could have stayed another day!

Breath of Fresh (Salty!) Air

Gorgeous location and so peaceful to sit on the porch all day and listen to the water. Saw harbor porpoises, orcas, seals, and otters. Kitchen was great for cooking. Secluded location meant we weren't disturbed by anyone and really enjoyed the disconnect from a busy world. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very charming place. Grandkids wanted to move in!

Finding and getting in to home a little difficult but my daughter came to help me and I didn’t read directions well enough. Apparently I need big signs 🤷🏼‍♀️I had a great time with my grandkids. Book again for August!
