They don't seem to have made any effort to learn about the town they are in so they can direct people correctly. They know very little about transportation. “Clean room and facility. Good temperature control. No smoke smell. The breakfast was good, though crowded and out of stock of several items. Convenient access to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. Our particular room had a bathroom with no fan or other ventilation, and a sign that said the door must be kept closed to prevent a fire. I don't know if other rooms were similar. A bathroom should have a fan or other ventilation system.”

“I had an issue with my window shade, not opening the desk. Manager came up immediately when she saw it wasn’t a quick fix. She immediately transferred me to a better room. She went above and beyond I was impressed.”

“This is my second time staying here for abbey road on the river music festival and I'm always pleased. Refrigerator and microwave are fabulous.”

“Check in was a breeze -the staff was very efficient, The room was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and clean. It was great having the toiletries and hair dryer provided. Breakfast was included and it was great! Good variety of foods to choose from - waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea etc. You won’t leave hungry. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking foe a nice place to stay in the Madison area.”

“Was a great stay. Only problem was that the second night our room smelled horrible, not sure why it changed from the first night, but Drury inn staff were awesome. Moved us to another room (although they were booked almost to capacity) with a car show. Very accommodating, and although I said not necessary, they insisted on discounting one night room charge. How awesome is that? Thank you Drury inn.”
