Castelli a Suresnes

A quel punto scendo in reception.

“They made a renovation in the hotel but without telling the clients. We paid a lot for a room without nothing. Even Hangers for clothes, nothing. I ask the reception after checking out , instead of being sorry regarding the service she was reasoning that there was a renovation asking what I want? It was unprofessional. It is not a 2 star hotel. ”
