“Fabulously situated within a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, where Hop on Hop off bus stand and River cruise is situated. Also nearby to two Metro Stations - Passy and Trocadero. There is a patisserie and laundromat immediately across the street, with a plethora of restaurants and cafes. A small Franprix supermarket is just a few steps from the front door with a larger mall about a ten to fifteen minute walk away. The host was excellent and was open to any requests you may have.”

“Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Eine Balkontür war nur mit Klebeband fixiert, durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Innentüren...

“A lot of space. Light and airy with a funky feel. The smallest lift in the city. One person, one bag and a note stating the fine you’d be assessed if it broke down while you were in it and violating the rules. Tough if you’re a family and on the 6th floor. Burned out light in a bedroom closet. One floor lamp could not be switched on (or was it off). Paint peeling from the trim. One bedroom vanity drawer kept falling out. Check in was difficult. A simple text with the appropriate codes would have...

“Beautifully presented, smart space, very compact but everything you could possibly need. 6th floor and the stairs were very challenging and badly lit. Entrance area was under repair. good value overall though.”

"Struttura in posizione ottimale, bellissima zona. Appartamento di ridotte dimensioni ma perfetto per un soggiorno breve a Parigi Unico neo: attenzione che è al quinto piano con tutte scale strette CONSIGLIATISSIMO sia per coppie che per famiglia con figli con più di 5anni "
