“This apartment was very nice and the location was amazing, very close to the metro but also walking distance to louvre and other top attractions. The area is very interesting and there are many dining options around. ”

“It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.”

“This was our first time staying in a foreign country outside of a hotel. The owner’s representatives at Pickaflat were not only kind and understanding but extremely accommodating and patient to answer our questions. The apartment was great, clean and the bed very comfortable but the host/staff gave us the feeling that we were among friends. Oh, and the best part - there was an iron! ”

“Siamo stati molto bene in questo piccolo ma essenziale appartamento a due passi dall’Arco di Trionfo .Sinceramente dalle premesse ce lo aspettavamo più piccolo ed invece per noi quattro era più che sufficiente poiché ogni suo spazio e’ ben arredato ed utilizzato ed alla fine per essere a Parigi dove gli spazi degli alloggi sono minimi, qui c’e’ tutto quello di cui si possa aver bisogno .La sign.na Sonia è’ stata molto disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni e non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà...

“Beautiful flat, although the five flights of stairs to get there were a lot. I'm told most Paris buildings typically have elevators. Not this one. So that was difficult. Otherwise, it was fine but I would recommend the owners stock the place for appropriate needs. For a place as expensive as this one, it should have dishwasher and laundry soap, at a minimum, and maybe some sugar and espressos. Also, please invest in pillows as those provided cannot be called pillows -- they are flat as pancakes...

“This apartment is great. Location is amazing, pictures are completely accurate. I loved the finishes and the aesthetic of the space. It was a perfect place to stay. Getting the keys was difficult but the property management was helpful via email and responded promptly on a Friday evening. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Die Lage des Appartements ist ziemlich unschlagbar. Was wichtig wäre: ein Hinweis auf die wirklich steile und enge Treppe nach unten ins Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war umständlich und nervig, alles wurde mehrmals auf verschiedenen Wegen kommuniziert und sollte mehrfach zeitnah bestätigt werden. Aber wie gesagt: Lage, Lage, Lage. ”

“All 4 of us upon arrival were thrilled with the view. Our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. A Parisian lifestyle is what we wanted and what we received. We loved the park below and the sounds of children playing. The only inconvenience was that the lights in the first floor did not come on when coming in after dark. It felt a little uncomfortable for us. Over all we were very happy with our stay.”

“We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect for us. We were able to walk through Montmatre area to Sacre Coeur in 20 min as well as a 40-50 min walk to downtown area. Stairs to kitchen/2nd bedroom were steep and could use a hand rail but the place was updated and modern. Note there is no dishwasher or microwave.”
